Custom Precision Gears & Commercial Gearing:

At Buffalo Gear, we specialize in hobbed and shaped gears. Our gear manufacturing capabilities include:

• Internal and external gear cutting.
• Cutting to Standard, Metric and to Special specs are available.
• A vast hob and gear cutter inventory, amassed over the years, are on hand. This can often save extra tooling charges for our customers, if we already own the required gear tooling.
• Though gears are our specialty - we are a state-of-the-art machine shop with many capabilities to meet your machining needs.

We can manufacture gears in a variety of Diameters, from 3/8" to 40". Our D.P. range is from 3 to 120. We will furnish you with cut only on your own blank or a product complete to print. Let us know how we can help you and we will work with you to meet your gear manufacturing needs.
